Architecture + The City (LA | Koreatown). Los Angeles has created the 30/10 initiative to create 30 years of transit projects in just 10 years. What if the 30 in 10 (x2) = 60 in 20
So what is the 60/20 Koreatown Initiative? This idea calls for a ‘60/20’ initiative, simply called the ‘koreatown initiative’. This massive project would be to create an entire metro subway system for the west side that contains it’s central hub at 3rd and Western.
